Seniors of all ages and experience benefit from a safe and effective exercise program. Your personal training program is designed just for you, and adapts to your interests and your needs. Your program is designed to be both challenging and fun.
You don't need to belong to a gym. Many of Pat's clients like to exercise in their own homes. Pat will bring the necessary exercise equipment for a varied and effective workout.

Terms and Locations
Each session is one hour in duration. Payment of the total package is due prior to beginning the first session.
Single Session:
4 Session Package:
10 Session Package:$65.00
$50.00 per session = $200.00 total
$40.00 per session = $400.00 total
Fitness sessions can be held at a gym, your home or the outdoors. Locations will be agreed upon between client and Pat Reichenbach.
Personal training sessions are available within the Raleigh, Cary, Fuquay-Varina and Angier areas. Additional charges may apply based on location. Contact Pat to get started.
